All short-run (usually 500 or less) orders are processed on a digital press. Larger print run (usually over 500) orders are processed on a lithographic press. Both print options run on the latest high-end print technology for the finest print finishes.
We aim to fulfil your exact needs. Every order will meet the requirements you specify. Should you have any issues with your order, we shall do all we can to correct at no extra cost.
Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation along with your invoice. In most cases, you shall receive a proof of your print job. Should the proof not be as you wish, be sure to inform us before the print cut-off point. Turnaround times: Everything in your order must be signed off by 5pm or your order will be delayed until every item is approved.
All jobs are subject to VAT unless specified.
Please set up your artwork to the following specifications:
- Resolution: 300 dpi minimum
- Format: PDF or JPEG
- Colour: CMYK (RGB/Pantones will be converted during proofing)
- Fonts: Outlined or Embedded. If you would like your font to be spot UV or foil, please ensure it is at least 8pt
- Bleed: 3mm with no printer marks
- Safe Zone: 3mm
Replacement Display Artwork Delivery: 3-4 Working Days Only
We do our very best to get your order out the door ASAP. Job turnaround times can vary depending on the requirements of your order.
Below is a basic overview of our dispatch times:
- 1-2 Working Days – Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of our cut off time.
- 3-4 Working Days – Your order will be dispatched within 4 working days of our cut off time.
- 7-10 Working Days – Your order will be dispatched within 10 working days of our cut off time.
Everything within your order must be signed off by our cut-off time. Should your order run past our cut-off time, then dispatch may be delayed by up to 24 hours.
Delivery times are subject to DPD schedules. Our orders are usually delivered within 24 hours of dispatch.
